「大阪ステーションシティ」グランドオープンに併せて、新たに作られた連絡橋口に、JR西日本在来線初のフルカラーLED発車標が設置されました。明朝体フォントをベースに、長い列車名や駅名も読みやすいよう調整した独自の文字を制作し、色彩も色覚バリアフリーを考慮して選定しました。
The first full color LED display system for JR West Japan was installed at the Bridge Gate in JR Osaka station to meet the grand opening of "Osaka Station City" .
We have newly designed all bitmap fonts based on Japanese traditional "Mincho style" considering its legibility to fit their long train names as well as long station names.
Color universal design for color blindness is also considered.

JR大阪駅は大規模な改修を終え、南北２つの駅ビルと併せて「大阪ステーションシティ」として2011年5月4日にグランドオープンしました。 改札外のサインは商業エリアと共通のデザインをベースにしながら、駅サインとして必要な視認性を確保しました。改札内のサインはJR西日本では初めて路線ごとにラインカラーを使用するなど、新しいスタイルを取り入れました。
JR Osaka Station greeted the grand opening on May 4, 2011 as a new name "Osaka Station City" combining with the South and Nouth buildings after large-scale improvement.
The signs outside of the ticket gate keep their visibilities while using the same layout as their commercial signs.
The signs inside of the ticket gate introduce their railway line colors in the signboards.

To cooperated with Tokyo Metropolitan University we studied design about bus stop signs and bus service information displays at the commerce center of Hachinohe city.
We keep visibility and information content to design the large scale signboard that is not bound to fixed ideas.

According to the open Keikyu railways completely renewed its Sign images which provide universal design and information in "easy to understand" especially for foreign visitors as well as featuring "trough connection" to the international terminal building.

We have renewed all 14 stations sign design of Seaside Line. The feature is practical use of platform door for the sign system. We use blue for the ground color of station entrance signs, white with stripes for the ground color of platform signs.
